REGISTRATION

You are required to register to be able to use services or features available to you on this site. You will need to provide information that is current and accurate. You are advised to inform us at contact@harmonyhealth.com.my should you want to update the information. We may change the registration requirements whenever needed, to give the best services to our customers. You are advised to inform us immediately of any breach of security of your account. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

To make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your valid and accurate information as requested. Purchases through website are available to customers with a valid credit card/debit card/online banking account from any banks acceptable to our site. However, manual bank transfer via cash deposit machine (ATM Machine) is also made available to customers that wish to make purchases on our website. Purchases to our site must be acceptable to us and customers must authorize HARMONY HEALTH SDN BHD to process a charge /charges specific to their orders.  You agree that we may use the information provided to conduct anti-fraud checks. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more info on how we use and protect your data.

 

ORDERS

Please note that all orders are subjected to availability and acceptance by us. We do not allow reservations. We will inform you if pre-orders are allowed for incoming products/restock items.

 

PRICING POLICY

All prices shown on our site are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Customers from outside Malaysia may incur relevant import duty and tax, which must be paid by affected customers. Applicable exchange rate will be applied on debit/credit card not denominated in Ringgit Malaysia.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

Once order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. You cannot cancel any order once you have paid for the order.

 

Please be reminded that we may refuse to process your order or refuse to accept your transaction for any reason at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be held liable to you or any third party resulting to refusing to process your order or refuse to accept your transaction.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Malaysian Ringgit (RM) for transaction. All order can be made via cash deposit through ATM machine & online banking transfer. Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque. In case of international order via credit/debit card, bank will convert the currency using bank’s current exchange rate into Ringgit Malaysia and payment will be done in Ringgit Malaysia. We will ask for prove of payment especially if payment is done using cash deposit machine or manual online banking transfer (not through our website) before proceeding with processing the order.  Customer will receive receipt through email (if provided) or with the product package itself. Customer is advised to keep the transaction receipt for reference until product is safely arrived at customer’s hand. Any taxes imposed is to be paid by customer, unless stated by HARMONY HEALTH SDN BHD.

 

For payment methods using cash deposit machine and manual online banking transfer (not through our website), please find below for our bank details.

Please note that for payment methods using cash deposit machine and manual online banking transfer (not through our website), customer need to provide us with proof of payment (can be in the form of transfer receipt), which includes the payment details of:

  1. Customer’s bank name:
  2. Banking date and time:
  3. Banking reference number:
  4. Total amount paid:
  5. Customer’s Order ID:

Customer may scan and email us the details above at contact@harmonyhealth.com.my

We also accept screen capture of the proof of payment, forwarded to our sales WHATSAPP number at +6019-4000720.

Note that we will not deliver the product until we receive this confirmation and payment.

 

SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that all orders placed before 10pm, will be processed on the same day and shipping will be done on the next working day. Any orders placed after 10pm, will be processed on the next day and shipping will be done on the next working day from the processed date. We use POSLAJU services for shipping worldwide and customer will be provided with the tracking number for reference. Please allow an estimation time of delivery of about 1 to 2 working days.

 

Please also note that HARMONY HEALTH SDN BHD have a no refund policy. Return will be done if we accidentally posted out wrong product, within 2 working days of delivered product, provided it is unused BUT subject to product availability.

 

PROMO CODE OR VOUCHER POLICY

Use of promo code or voucher is not transferrable, and not exchangeable for cash. Customer is advised to be aware of the expiry date for promo code or voucher. Only one promo code or voucher is to be used per transaction.
